This website
Content on sudoleap.com is provided for general information. Prices shown are starting points; the price that applies to your project is the one stated in your written proposal.
Proposals and fixed pricing
Every engagement begins with a written proposal covering scope, timeline, and price. Once agreed, the price is fixed for that scope. Changes to scope are quoted separately and only proceed with your approval.
Ownership of work
On full payment, you own the deliverables produced for your project, including the source code, unless the proposal states otherwise. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and open-source components remain under their own licenses.
Hosting services
Hosting is billed monthly and can be cancelled with notice as set out in your proposal. We take reliability seriously, but no host can guarantee uninterrupted availability; we are not liable for losses caused by outages beyond our reasonable control.
Confidentiality
Information you share with us for a project is kept confidential. NDAs are available and standard on all white-label partnerships.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
